At Evoke, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident trying Evoke Pro risk-free. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try your Evoke Pro hearing aids.
  • If you’re not satisfied, you may return them within this period for a full refund of the purchase price.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Product must be in good condition, with no signs of excessive damage or misuse.
  • All accessories (charging case, ear tips, cleaning tools, quick start guide) must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at support@evokehearing.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available).
  4. Drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@evokehearing.com and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if used extensively or not returned with all included accessories.
